New Rewards Systems.

Today at my school, Tauranga Intermediate, there have been new rewards put in place. First up, there is click cards. There are 40 clicks on one card and you can get one per day. But, there is the warnings. First you can get a verbal warning where the teacher tells you to stop it. Next you get your name on the board. After that and you're still being bad you get an X next to your next to your name. Then if you are still not behaving you get your name put under formal warning. This means you have to have a talk with a teacher at break time, fill in a S.T.A.R.S reflection card for half an hour in Miss Mills' class and take it home, get it signed by your parents and bring it back to school. In my class you definitely will get a click but, if you get your name on the board Miss Campbell will decide if you get a click or not. If you get a X next to your name you definitely will not get a click that day. Same for formal warning. If you do something really bad like swear at, punch or kick someone you will go straight to the leader of our house mr Carlen. My teacher will never take a name of the board.

There is something else called S.T.A.R.S cards. You can get given one at lunch or morning tea for showing the S.T.A.R.S. Safety, Teamwork, Achieve, Respect, Sense of humour. If you get given one you put your name and room number on it and put it in your house box in the library. In my house my syndicate leader, Miss Mills will take the Rimu box and draw out two cards to win vouchers for Burger King at Fraser Cove. On the last assembly every term, Mrs Colville will draw out one card from each house to win a S.T.A.R.S hoodie! If you win you can where it anywhere and any day at school. There is one hoodie for every house at school. On the very last assembly Mrs Colville will draw out one card to win a brand new bicycle!

These are the new rewards for Tauranga Intermediate. Thanks for reading.
