Lucan Battison Goes to High Court.

Lucan Battison, a high school student at St John's College, has been suspended for refusing to cut his long hair. He was kicked out on May 22nd because the school said the long hair didn't meet their requirements of, "Off the collar and out of the eyes." He offered to put it in a bun the school refused.
