This week my homework challenge was to make six activities to increase my heart rate to between 110 bpm and 170 bpm. I did Run around the house two times, jumping on the trampoline for five minutes, 40 sit-ups, 50 star jumps, the plank for one minute and 20 burpees. Then I had to make a friend do a bootcamp with all of my activities. My sister did them all very well but hurt herself while doing them.
